My Grandparents came over from Italy on a boat, My Great Grandparents on the other side came over from Norway. It really hasn't been that long ago. Why did we shut our gates, what gives us the right to? We've only been here a generation or two? I'd like honest answers, please...

Thats what happens when you let a chimp sit in the oval office. Everyone seems to be concered that in 20-50 years we'll all be speaking spanish, I say so what? What's wrong with that, I like Mexican food and hispanic women are beautiful. I say we throw the gates wide open and let everyone in, hell we'll all be the same color one day.

How many would you like to come here before you said enough. 1 million..1 billion 2 billion? Common sense dictates that we allow immigration in an orderly manner. Our laws need to be enforced to prevent criminals from entering. What if we allowed a country to empty it's people on our shores that was suffering from some epidemic disease? How could we possibly take everyone who wants to come here? You need to think rationally and not so much with your feelings.

That is meant for the people entering legally as your ancestors did. The laws are there for a reason. Anyone who wants to live in this country should come legally.
