My friend who is 12 years old was wondering ifits normal to not even start growing boobswhen you 13? Not even a little bump! HELP HER ! !! !!! !!!! !

Maybe it's just her build, she could have a very boyish build (that's not an insult by the way, loads of supermodels like Erin O'connor and even Eva Longoria have that sort of build) or she could be a slow developer, or she might need to gain a little bit more weight (if she thinks it's this, she should talk to her mum and get her to take her to the doctors, don't start eating tonnes of junk food, it won't necessarily make her boobs grow =P)
She shouldn't panic, her boobs will start to grow and when she's older and if she isn't happy with the size she can always get a heavily padded bra. No worries, big breasts don't make you prettier =]

Yes, it is very, very normal and nothing to worry about. It is called puberty and everyone goes through this at their own pace. In another couple years EVERYONE is going to look really different...
For example, look at all the the wimpy, little guys around you, they are going to be hot in a couple of years, but now it is hard to imagine! Tell your friend to be patient. It will happen soon!

tell her not to worry some people develop later than others. its perfectly normal. women's breasts never really stop changing. they stop really growing when they're about 18 but they never stop changing shape. i go up from a 36D to a 36E depending on what time of the month it is lol
