Highest possible Probability is always 1 or in this case (10/10), thus, if 7/10 is to win, then 1 - 7/10 = 3/10 is the answer.
Or
using some further knowledge of Math:
let p(a) = prob. that RCHH wins
let p(b) = prob. that RCHH loses
p(aub) = p(a) + p(b) - p(anb) - same as the set equation.
however, an its not possible for RCHH to win and lose at the same time, thus p(anb) = 0
p(aub) = 1
thus
1 = 7/10 + p(b)
thus p(b) = 3/10
