i want to help animals around the world and adopt a snow leopard cub and raise it and find it a place in the wild but were can i go?

You are not going to help anyone by raising a wild animal as a pet. An animal raised in captivity would die once released into the wild. If you love and want to help animals, you need to protect them in the wild..which means saving their natural habitat and by keeping people from poaching them. You can "symbolically" adopt a snow leopard at this site:

The simple answer is that you can't right now. You need special education, training and permits before you can even be considered. If you want to pursue this path, you will need to go to college and graduate school in a specialized course of training.

However, right now you can contribute monetarily to groups that have the training and expertise necessary to rewild orphaned snow leopards.

Start doing research on this as for getting it and all that you will still need permits and stuff do lots of searches
