Hello,
The only "solution" you need is warm water as almost all ink-jet inks are water soluable! DO NOT use alcohol as it will dry up the ink quickly and make the problem worse.
Use a folded paper towel with warm water to clean built-up ink by gently rubbing the towel across the print head. If you can not get all the colors that are in the cartridge onto the towel freely then it would be the wisest choice to just get another cartridge as the ink is probably hardened within the ink-jet nozzles.
