there must be any problem, but don't worry cuz it can be resolved. You have to go to the company or ask someone who has knowledge in computers

for Apple mac problems, you should join the apple mac fourums and or go to apple mac support website to get all the best answers to your problems
plus if you are not running windows on ur mac then you should use the apple mac messenger,,, it makes no difference what messenger you use.... you will still be able to contact your friends on any messenger software,,,
MS messenger
AIM messenger
yahoo messenger
gain messenger plus all the other software messengers out there....
all these messengers interact with each other.... so you should have no problems
