will it be ok to use castor oil i am 37weeks and 3cm?

Yes caster oil was a old time remedy to encourage labor but if your 37 weeks and 3 cm dont be suprised it you just get a day full of sitting on the tolet, if the baby is not ready it wont make it happen, ps, sex (actually semen) is also a remedy to get the ball rolling
but most importantly "if the baby is ready to come out"
easier labor if you let the baby come when it is ready
