There is a possibility, as far as I know, that they will start up again after the manga is finished. They only ended because they'd caught up to it, and didn't want to make tons of filler episodes waiting for more material.

The anime was cancelled back in 04. Sunrise did not see the point of continuing the series when the popularity dwindled in Japan and was not making any money for them. Just get over it. Read the manga by Rumiko Takahashi which is much better in my opinion.

I'm mad because I love that show and on top of that i hate when a good thing ends.
I love inuyasha hes super sexy expecily when his ear twich.
