Glendon Rusch. If he wasn't a lefty he would be out of baseball. Last year, for the Cubs, he went 3-8, with a 7.46 ERA. He went 1-12 in 2003. He is a career 60-94, with a 5.01 ERA.
Another terrible starting pitcher is Scott Elarton for the Royals. He had a 10.46 ERA. He always seems to find a job in the back of a bad rotation and has hung around since 1998 with a career 5.31 ERA. He hasn't had an ERA under 4.53 this millenium.

I will give you 2 for the price of 1, Kerry Wood and Mark Prior, now former teamates, they were teammates in between 2002, and now this year, when the Chicago Cubs refused to offer Mark Prior a free agent, and nwo he is on the San Deigo Padres. Both of these two players have spent more time on the DL, then playing baseball for the Chicago Cubs, and who knows how Prior will do with the Padres now. I know that everybody loves Kerry Wood, but I don't, I have to be about the only person that doesn't like him.

I'd have to go with Braden Looper back when he was with the Marlins... he blew 4 games straight, and got booed on opening day in his own stadium two years in a row
