why world war III hasnt yet started?

There is enough reason and threat against russia to nuke usa. Why are they not defending themselves from the US tactics to get in proximity to russia'smainland.

All of the great prophets put WWIII as stating in the middle east, and involving Israel. They also all put it as starting 2010 or there abouts.

World War III unofficially began with the start of the second Gulf War. It can be divided into two theaters. The Asian Theater and the Middle-Eastern theater. The second phase of the Middle Eastern Theater will begin with a war with Iran and Syria. Israel and the US will team up. The US will use Japan as a proxy to wage war against the Chinese and North Koreans. Russian will enter the war when it appears that the US has worn itself out in Iran. That's when the nukes will start flying.

Russia is waiting for the US to wear itself out with other wars. While it rebuilds its conventional forces. Islamic extremists in Russia will make this very difficult however.

Don't be in a hurry to see the nukes dropped. Watching your loved ones fry will not be a pretty sight!

I would like to spend some time in Israel, but not right now. I really fear for the survival of Israel, if Pakistan sells nukes to extremist, it wouldn't take but a few large ones and Israel would be gone. If your country was as small as Israel, wouldn't you also take ever threat as serious but there is some sense to this : a cowboy goes into barber shop, sits down, lays his 45 in his lap,and tells barber, if you so much as nick me I'll blow your head off. The barber nervously begins,and happens to nick the cowboy, and at once reaches down and slits the cowboys throat. Other words don't mess with Isarel.

Most of us have no problems with Russian people.
I was in Siberia in October 2006, looking around Novosibirsk
made me feel more at easy then I do in New York City.

But alas Ivan never really was or is capable of moving against and enemy, Chechen, Afghanistan-losses.

I was routing for the Russians both times.
WWII They did not have Japan attacking there Eastern flak.

You realize that Russia no longer has the power to take on the US single handedly and win. Back when it was USSR, yea they might have won. Nowadays, no they no longer have a powerful enough military, and starting a war would be suicide. For every nuke that they launch, we would launch 3. We have a so-so missile defense system(not perfect, but it would shoot some missiles down.) I doubt they have one that would protect them much.

because we all need peace and if there will be a nuclear war there will be danger to human race and no nation want it
