its REALLY good i cant believe that this was the 1st song u wrote!!!! ( the lyrics are really good but the music to it has to be equally good too so u cant really judge the song, only the lyrics)
in the beginning it sounds like a love song to ur ex or something but then u start talking about ur father so u might want to make the audience realize that this song is bout ur dad a little sooner and wat is the cause of his change?

I'd moreso call it a poem or even a diary entry. Unfortunately there are too many words to be put into a song. Trim it down to about half the size, put a couple chorus's in there, add a catchy beat, and you got a hit!

you should get into poetry. i want to become a singer but i am trying to get to now the basics in portraying in a singing carer. what i think you should do is to edit your song. i really like it. its from the heart.
