I likme clear or a soft/light shade of pink,I prefer like 'soft' shades on my nails.

I recently bought a glittery red nailvarnish.. it's pure red glitter and they sell it in gold and silver too :D It's not too sloppy, it's really bright and doesn't chip easily.. only problem is it took me ages to get off LOL.. I'm not allowed nail varnish for work though so put it on my toes and as I'm on my feet all day some of the red is wearing off so it's got a cool reddish silver effect at the moment

Ballet Slippers by Essie. It's neutral and doesn't show chips as fast as darker colors. It works with everything and my nails always look done.

It does depend what I am wearing, but I tend to like traditional colours like frosted pink or a classic red. I prefer darker colours for my toes, usually plum or burgundy.
