as of now i got into UCONN and Rutgers U-New Brunswick
which one would you go to?

Both are decent schools, and I think your choice should come down to which one offers a better version of the major you are interested in and your comfort level in both areas, since New Jersey and Connecticut have very different "feels" to them. I know lots of people who love one and hate the other, but that goes in both directions.

Which ever one meets your requirements for your future profession.
Find out about both by asking those who go there already.
Find out if the teachers there are good (if they teach well) and how they are regarded by the employers (which they prefer).

Go on a formal campus visit to both (schedule it through the admissions office).
