What would you recommend for a guy who got out of the resolution keeping business a long time ago? It's not as if I can just jump back into it, because I'm not entirely sure I can. Thanks in advance.

resolutions are useless. they are broken before the second week of january. so ur good!

I have broken my resolutions to just take one day at a time and do the best that you can that's all you can do.

Why can't you just jump back into it? Besides, resolutions are pointless, why do we have to make a promise to ourselves at the begining of each year, why can't we just hold ourselves to things all year long?

Just get on with your life. Making a resolution is just giving you extra baggage to stres on. Just focus on write from wrong.

the average news resolution is broken by january 8th sadly,
but still if you believe in your self and it is something important like your health, then id stay stick to it the best you can

I make the same resolution every year, and write it down and keep it where i can see it:
I hereby resolve that for the year - - - - I will make no resloutions.
