I always look at 'all categories' because I enjoy general knowledge, and as an avid quiz fan, and being of advanced years, have accumulated quite a bit of it.
However, as a recovered alcoholic, and commited to helping those who genuinely want it, those are the questions I like best.
Also, I am very much against people who make money peddling paranormal rubbish, you will always see an answer of mine on horoscope and mediums questions etc.
I answer those every day.

I like to answer the ones similar to mine. I also see the opportunity others give me to be a little creative. I hate the "Boring question" answers untalented people give, like they're some kind of superior being.
A seemingly boring question is an ideal gift to me. And as important as the straight man in a comedy duo ;)

marriage and relationship/friends questions, polls and surveys, and a little of music
love and relationship is a big part of my life and i like reading about other people's problems...polls and surveys are just fun to answer cause theres so many different kinds of questions

I answer the questions that I want to answer. Mostly different types of questions so it really doesn't matter.

i usually click on the ones with only half a question posted because i want to find out what they are saying, then i end up answering it.

ones that I can give a good answer ...I go on most of the categories; I've been on to ask and answer on diy + cars, homework, gay & lesbian, pets, politics, seniors..you name it I like to try to answer. They say if you let your mind drift into uselessness, you get old. Don't have time to get old, answering and reading on YA!!

Any...if I feel I have an answer to that question, I will answer it.
But, to be honest, the "am i pretty" and "i like him/her!" are kinda getting to me. But, hey, if i have an answer for them...i will try to help them out.

Polls and surveys, because they're pretty much opinion based. Therefore I don't feel the need to agree with others, bacause its my opinion and I get a chance to express it.
