Nope. Yahoo does not conduct lotteries or give away fabulous prizes of free money. This is a long-running internet scam. You shouldn't have opened this, but now that you have, you need to put it in spam along with all the others you will now receive!

COMMON SCAM to try to get bank details on the pretence of sending winnings, but acually aims to get enough info to perform identity theft to either empty your bank or get loans in your name.
