Good luck with ANY relationships you have in the future. You judge someone for a natural reaction they have to stimulus? That was the female equivilent of ejaculation, which I assume you do? How would you have reacted if she responded to you in the same way?

Maybe you should grow up a little bit and educate yourself. A percentage of women produce ejaculate, as do most men. As there is nothing she can do to control it, you should decide if your love for her (I presume you love her since you are having sex, and refer to her as your girlfriend) is stronger to your aversion to her climax. As for the screaming, maybe she could scream into a pillow.
