No, there isn't. Only rocks and minerals that already contain some silica can be opalized. Diamond is far to strong a material to react in the way necessary to be opalized.

I would highly doubt it.

Opal is hydrated silica that occurs at low temps and in rock fissures and diamond is carbon that forms under heat and pressure.

I guess perhaps a diamond that is on the surface could become covered with an opal veneer if the conditions were right, but I wouldn't think that would be a condition that could be met.

I don't know how there could be... they are different structures.
