Micron is a shortened form of micrometer, which is a metric measurement equal to one millionth of a meter. It is commonly used to measure things under microscopic magnification.
I'd guess a micron sheet would be a really really thin sheet.
There's also a company in Idaho, called Micron Technology, which makes computer chips.

Sheets of metal or plastic are mentioned as 10 micron,20 micron or say 30 micron sheets. It shows the thickness of the sheets.
