Cool! I remember someone telling me that 6 or 7 hugs a day enhances your spiritual rejuvenation to a daily peak...this i can believe...something about the Power of Love....it's really nice!.....I try to get at least 2 or 3 a day myself.
Peace out
Pete

No..can't say I had the opportunity.
But I did get a chance to spend 30 minutes at the base camp hospital with an injured employ, and we talked about how we're both amazed that a man can be involved in the accident he was in, and not even have a bruise.
Might not have been able to pray with him...but was able to a good bit of time in thankful prayer.

(((((((Here's one for you)))))))
Can I ask for one too? It's been a rough couple of days.
My sisters have a friend who is in prison in the town where I live. (They live 400 miles away - as does his family.)
You know what Jesus said:
Matthew 25:34-40 Then the King will say to the people on his right, 'Come, you that are blessed by my Father! Come and possess the kingdom which has been prepared for you ever since the creation of the world.
I was hungry and you fed me, thirsty and you gave me a drink; I was a stranger and you received me in your homes, naked and you clothed me; I was sick and you took care of me, in prison and you visited me.'
The righteous will then answer him, 'When, Lord, did we ever see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you a drink?
When did we ever see you a stranger and welcome you in our homes, or naked and clothe you?
When did we ever see you sick or in prison, and visit you?'
The King will reply, 'I tell you, whenever you did this for one of the least important of these followers of mine, you did it for me!'
Today I went to visit with this young man to talk about Jesus and all he is being blessed with by God - even in his circumstance.
I'm not family - so we have to talk through glass.
His family is poor, so they cannot regularly travel.
He is sentanced to 50 years.
Can you imaine - not being able to have the freedom to touch, let alone hug another person for 50 years?
My "hug" was virtual - hands to opposite sides of the glass.
We talked about how powerful a God we serve - and how this young man can be a light in his darkest place to win others to Jesus.
I remembered the hug... I just couldn't give it for real...
Like here...
Be blessed today.
Peace.

Well, I would have hugged my husband if he was here with me, but he's still on the road in Texas, and it doesn't look like he's going to be home for New Year's Eve either. I'll give everyone on Yahoo Q&As a big hug instead! [[[[[[[[HUGS TO YOU ALL!]]]]]]]] I pray everyone has a very blessed day!
