Usually I would break them but last year for me was different.I decided to switch to diet sodas instead of regular sodas and I can't belive it but I stuck to it.I believe in myself now.I know that if I make a small reasonable goal, I am more likely to stick to it.This year I am making another small goal.I know I can accomplish it.I am so proud of myself for sticking to my last years resolution.
