hmmm...depends on what you're rubbing. I prefer starting in circles then alternating from either bottom to top or vice versa. Slow and steady at first then picking up speed until the person explodes.

I'm talking about getting under someones skin...driving them nuts IS the right way in my opinion.

The right way is the way that makes you/the persons pain feel better.
