Depends doesn't it? I like moaners during s-e-x as it is a good clue I am doing something right.
As to moaners in general, I first attempt to understand their complaint and offer assistance if they want it. But if they just want to moan and groan, I soon tell them goodbye.

Whatever they're moaning about, I'll first say they'll be alright. If they keep on, I tell them how I made it through something similar, and usually slightly worse. If they keep on, I tell them how they made it this far already. These are the moaners who aren't looking for help, but who just wanna go home or not do any work.
If they want help, I'll help them even better so they're not feeling like moaning. :D
