Nope. Here's what happened though.
The fire was rising fast - I nearly had to set my drink down. When I ran in, I saw your robe and threw it over you. Poor thing, have you been drinking too? I looked around through the smoke to find a huge plastic paperweight under your bed, which I used to knock the fan's plug from the socket. Phew! Where did you get that paperweight anyway? I swear it looks just like a ...weiner...I'm going to go wash my hands, be right back.

Its the don't lie part that gets me :)
This was a question for humans wasn't it?

I tend to play the Devil's Advocate and, occasionally, it is in my nature to try to burst a bubble or two. I don't intentionally go out of my way to hurt others but I sometimes outwardly assume that they are adult enough to be taken down a peg or two without being damaged while, inwardly, I may very well know better.
The older I get, though, the less patience I have for tip toeing around matters.
But I try not to use the truth as a weapon, it is meant for enlightenmet not for slicing and hacking.

No. It's the other way around. People take pleasure in bringing me down.

No,
"What leads to unhappiness is making pleasure the chief aim."
--William Shenstone

In the past, during my pleasure pursuits, I was miserable. I didn't like myself. I didn't trust many people, because I, myself, was untrustworthy. I figured all people were generally like me.

Now, I get pleasure from helping others
I notice the good in other people
I'm lucky to have the people in my life
I'm learning all I can from everyone I know
Others are teaching me now
I'm enjoying myself now

No, not my friends or people I care about. The only time I'm ever vicious like that is when I was attacked first or when I'm REALLY arguing with someone. Then I go for the gold!

I have a friend though who can't seem to help herself. I know she's jealous of the life I have and every time something goes well for me she's right there to point out the bad things. I try to just feel sorry for her, and know that she only does it to make herself feel better about the choices she has made.

Lol, MamiZ always there to drag everyone down to the gutta! It's one of her best qualities!!!!

I dont....

Believe it or not... I DETEST conflict. When I was younger, I had my hand around someone's windpipe, and literally was faced with the decision to go ahead and squeeze to crush it, or walk away. I walked away. Knowing that I came a stray thought away from killing another human being with my bare hands frightened me to my core. I purposely dont pick fights anymore and avoid the conflict sometimes to my detriment.

I'll defend myself when attacked, but by the grace of God it takes a whole HEAP of provocation to make me truly angry. When that happens... heaven help the person that caused it...

No. And I simply do not understand those who do. What do they get from that? Company in a bad place? Geesh. Why not give pleasure by boosting others. Who knows...you might find the up staircase yourself.

My sister loves to bring people down. Personally I do not understand it. Unless the person REALLY hurt me. My sister does some really awful things to people. She likes to mess their head and heart up bad. I will admit though that she is good at what she does and that sometimes it is funny. We all have a little devil in us.
