I don't know what rock buns are, but if they were meant to be edible and turned out hard as rocks, then I think your friend was kind to find a use for them. You gave a gift. It was his choice how to use it.

LOL. I once made dumplings, put them in the casserole. When it was time for dinner I couldn't find them. Then I looked at the lid of the casserole dish......
There they were, glued to the underneath. They looked like extras from Star Trek.
I buy Aunt Bessie's now.

Sliced bread is a convenience that takes the paintings out of it and the exhilaration out of coming up your individual bread and reducing it. It seems merely like another sliced breads too, and tastes as poorly on occasion. that's mediocre at suitable. yet that's what many desire. The mediocre factor that's fairly like each others and easy to appreciate and take care of. :D
