why would a person A try to make person B feel like they have done something wrong all the time. Person A wouldn't say what it was to Person B, but rather tell everyone how bad she was in order to make everyone else hate her. Why is it that some people always try to find conflict in others, it could even be something as petty as "oh she said a size 10 wouldn't fit me, she was implying that I was fat, she is jealous" or "check if there are any bruises, she held your baby!", why are people like this?

They are very unhappy people. They try to make you feel down so they can feel better about themselves by feeling good. It doesn't work. Yes, sometimes it is jealousy.
It sounds like they should never be around each other. My recommendation is that they should sit down and talk to one another, one on one. Start off by saying good things about one another and Call that person on what they say. I have a person who says things similar. Like, my classes are harder than your classes because she was getting her masters and I was going for a certain degree. I told her to take my classes before she judged. She thinks she is smarter because of the masters. I know I have a lot of common sense in which she does not.
And last but not least, Pray for the other person.

That's a horrific thing to say and imply about bruising someones baby. Confront this person immediately and ask for an explanation.

This is a fact of life in which people try to hurt each other by words that destroys their spirit. Many people try hurt other just for being jealous or just because it is like a hobby for them to hurt others. My advice to you that you should ignore those kind of people at the beginning and then if they continued you should go and talk with them politely and and ask them to stop what they are doing .And if then also they didnt stop what they are doing you should then complain about them to their parents or to your parents or to anyone who can solve this problem.

Usually its because the person A is holding a lot of anger and or Jealousy. Putting someone down can make the person feel better about themselves. They cannot be happy for a person because they are not happy with themselves.

It's hard to believe, but people are like that. Apparently that person A is unhappy with their lives and are taking it out on the person B. Person B needs to live out his/her life the way that they know and think is right. Don't let people take advantage of you or rip your character to shreds!!! They aren't "friends" or people to hang around if they treat you like that.

ohh i've been in that situation before.. it was my sis-in-law who always put me down. I believe it's jealousy.. she just simply can't be happy for my achievement, for any good things or blessings that i have..she likes to put me down, whereas she wants to put herself up...simly a "crab mentality"... the worse thing,. she never wants a dialogue so that we can settle the problem, another worse scenario is that, whenever she was cornered she would lie to hell and make the things up side down..... what i did? i chose to live far away from them.. and never get in touch unless really important and necessary.. i stopped being friendly at them.. because i tried hard before and didn't work.. if they don't like me..fine.. remember that you can't pleased everybody.... tell person B to move on.. there are so many things in this world worthwhile to do and get busy... remember too this old adage..'' you can never put a good man down"....

Some people are just toxic. Either ask her what her issue is with you, or just ignore her.
