I find that most questions from girls are about how they don`t look good. Who cares? It`s always been a girls personality that really attracts a man. If you`re overweight, lose some. If you think you`re unattractive you will be. Start to think differently about the entire dating game, and be confident, you`ll find more guys around than you can handle.LUV

easy.. when they insult them selfs or make a demeaning comment abt them self just put it in there tell them that they are attractive and have a unique personality and it important to know this cause the way they feel abt them selves on inside will show on the o side. if its a woman or girl encourage them to go get nails done or a pedi or there hair pump them up and see i am there for people in this way and ive helped them and it shows. any more details u can add will b great u can email me if u like.♥ good luck♥

They have to pick themselves up, dust themselves down and get out there into that big wide world and be loud and proud about who they are, beauty comes from within too, its not just on the outside, make the most of what they have and to hell with what anyone else thinks.

Remind them that beauty is in the eye of the beholder,and instead of focusing on the negative,accentuate the positive...everyone is unique,no matter who they are or what they look like!=)

Point out what is beautiful about them. Everyone has something beautiful - whether it is their eyes, hair, nice butt whatever. Just keep being positive and supportive.
