Yes, my beagle wouldn't even bite a flea or a fly.

Depends on the reason. LOL
My dogs will bite mainly for fun and/or play. They have never bit anyone out of anger or self-defense. I guess it helps when you have 2 German Shepherds, most people who might cause some trouble think twice when faced with 2 huge dogs, so they never had the need.
As for me, my bark is worse then my bite.

I don't usually bite but if someone gets a little too self-righteous spiteful, or can't tell the truth if their life depended on it, I'll bark a little. My sweet dog Jessie would keep barking till she lost her voice to protect "her Mama" and whether or not she would ever bite, I doubt that.

If it is an open-faced sandwich, I will bite first. If it is a baby, my dingo will most likely bite first.
