I have seen the great agony of a friend of mine who could not pee for nearly 8 hours. He fell in a ditch,fractured his leg and perhaps the jerk blocked his natural process of emptying the bladder. No medical assistance was available for 8 hours and his groans were heartrending. On arrival at a hospital,first action was to make him pee through a catheter .Seeing his pain, it looked that he could have died.

There was a king a long time ago who died becasue he has to go pee and he didn't want to upset his guests by excusing himself. He held it so long that his bladder literally ruptured and the waste material went back into his system, which poisoned him to death from the inside.

Yes. Your bladder would get infected & full, &/or burst. When I have to pee really bad it feels like my bladder is going to burst.

I think so; if you hold your pee in for a looong time it can develop into a bladder infection and maybe kill you O_o

Yes. Eventually. It would mean that you had a Kidney, ureter, bladder, urethra problem, if untreated, you would die.

Or, you were severely dehydrated and had no urine. Dehydration will kill you too, if left untreated.

yes. that is why people are catherized. urinating eliminates the poisons and fats out of the body... also.. you would bloat up... if you never eliminated body waste.
