You believe me... I don't have worries. Yes, my Mom says this is the secret of my health.
As a matter of fact, I very stongly consider God who has given you brains to solve your problems - so I just sit down & find solutions to my worries & problems.
I am quite proactive, by the way, and strongly believes in 'actions.'
For me 'being worried' is playing a mind game! Worrying about anything does not takes you anywhere, does it? Not really!

I can not worry for things I can not live or foresee ! So, no worries here, I live one day at a time.

am worry that all my dreams will not,
come true,
am worry that all significant person i "recently" met
cant make them happy as they took in count.
am worry that all are fake and we will not know the truth any more.

will i have enough money to get me by through life just get by thats all
will i ever be able to see my soulmate]
