Interesting... my milkman uses both, front and back- wickedly smiles, my preference either;)

The front door only. My milkman realizes that my back door is only for taking the trash out. He once tried to deliver to my back door and I got really mad at him. ( I don't expect it to be delivered there) Now, all deliveries are made at the front of the house.

He usually enters through the front and comes up the back.
