No, all religion is man-made, and it's made ONLY for humans. Like the 1960's commercial said: "Silly rabbit; Trix is for kids!"
However, that's not to say that an animal cannot know its Creator. On the contrary, it may be easier for a dog, let's say, to know God than it is for a human for whom the experience is clouded by--you guessed it: Religion.
