What is "Internet 7.0"? Internet EXPLORER 7? That's IE 7, refer to Microsoft's site and support or ask a computer shop.

If you don't have enough memory you may well be slow. If some of it is bad it will need to be replaced. The Microsoft Windows website (see www.microsoft.com or the update in the Windows Start Menu to get there) lists the system requirements you need to use it.

If you roll it back, depending on the operating system you started with you may go back to IE 5 if you upgraded time after time instead of installing fresh. You will have to reinstall IE 6 possibly. Maybe not, but possibly. If you simply do a System Restore at this point and haven't set a point to restore before that it might work. Remember once again that you will have to reinstall things or set things that weren't there before if you do. Be prepared for failure when you install any program and know the recovery procedures.

You can only avoid a reinstall so many times, so always read the notes given by the software and hardware makers and follow them carefully as well as operating the computer as instructed. If you learn how to back up your system (mirroring or saving vital data regularly, setting restore points before installing) then even if you do have a failure, it will be easier to get your computer back to good again.

One last thing, don't download stuff you see in emails or ads on the web without investigating and asking friends or experts. Anything that says it will do stuff the software maker wouldn't let you do or much better or other incredible things ought to make your head spin. Don't use peer 2 peer sharing either unless you like your computer to collect spam, viruses or join others as a zombie etc.

If you didn't download IE from Microsoft or weren't sent there by a genuine ISP, I'd go see the computer shop and get help anyway.

Learn and you will need help less. Ask for help and you will learn more.

need more details about your computer...prossesor speed, amount of memory, windows version ect. you can go to ad/remove programs and remove the IE7 from there but I do not think that is the problem.
Try this also: click the start button, cluck RUN type in MSCONFIG select the Startup tab and click the Disable all button and click apply and restart your computer. let me know if that helps
IE7 will not slow down your computer but toolbars will, remove all of them, you do not need them.
