...first thing I do is to stay away from negative people. non-productive. second, try to do my best each day, and believe, doing it is way more difficult than talking and third, understand
that I cant make all things happen the way I want it too, but, I
can try to make it better, day by day. thank you for asking.

The most important question for me was posed by Nietzsche in his Genealogy of Morality: What is the meaning of ascetic ideals? In order to revaluate one's life, or to revaluate life as a whole, since we are intimately connected with life as a whole, we must begin by meditating upon this question, since the conventional wisdom that humans seek happiness and happiness only is insufficient, particularly in the chaotic modern era that we now live in. Why is it that humans have a tendency to punish themselves for some higher ideal? Why have humans fasted, withdrawn from sensual pleasures, and even gone so far as to lead monastic and solitary lives in the name of enlightenment? It is not because they have discovered truth - it is because they are rebelling against something. They are rebelling against pleasure as an end in itself. But isn't it possible that they are rebelling against the idea that our ultimate goal as humans is to be happy? Who among us really craves the ideal of blissful heavenly happiness as promised in the Christian scriptures? Only those who are stuck in despondency.

To question all conventional values and wisdom, to commence the "revaluation of all values", is to become an individual. The main thing to understand is that truth will set no one free, and that there are absolutely no well-defined set of ideas that can help someone be happy. There is a great world out there and what seems like a vast amount of time to experience it. Quick solutions will become broken and disfigured when they face the vagaries of existence. Patience is the only true virtue, patience and mindfulness.

I do not recommend to start with Nietzsche (if you do choose to pursue philosophy). I would start with some of the dialogues of Plato (he only wrote dialogues), particularly the Euthyphro, The Apology of Socrates, and the Symposium. From there, an entire world of questioning (remember, questioning, not truth) is revealed....

Simple. First you realize you're a total moron, then think of all the things you should've done in the past but didn't,.

The first step isn't an insult, it's actually essential to the process.

Ask yourself what it is you truely value. And how do those values relate to or effect other parts of your life.
