If you had a door in your house that lead to anywhere in the world..?

what place would that be and, why?

I would like to have a door that was a time portal. There are many times and places in history I would visit. Ancestors I would like to meet. For the future, I wonder what marvels there will be in science and medicine. What type of vehicles will we be driving?

Guess I am a tad strange. I often what famous people from history what think about our world today. Such as Jesus, Leonardo da Vinci and George Washington.

Temple of thousand doors.

That is a labyrinth of many rooms, each with 3 doors. One that you come trough and 2 that will lead you somewhere. You can not go back trough the door that you have entered, but 2 other doors are similar and very different in the same time, so if you listen your wishes, you are coming wherever you want to com.

It doesn't exist in such way that you know where it is and how to enter it, but every door can be entrance and they open when there is need for them, leading you where you should come.

It would be cool to have such door trough you can always enter the Temple.

My Door as if it was meant To be or any Door
From within the thought of any ones mind
when they turn the lock as to leave in too the out of in..
As you leave with the force of swing Out on the knob to
the right to open ... in too the Unknown
Pure OAK my door and once it swings open

It would lead me to Hogwarts, so whenever I need a breather, I can just visit Harry. The door would be under my bed because I want no one but myself to know about it. I'll be able to crawl under my bed and jump into a world unknown.

A door into the previous. i could desire to relive and redo all the strategies I made and stay without regrets. And while time comes, if I did some thing incorrect, i will continuously pass returned into the door returned.

The door would lead to my father's house because when he's not feeling well i could just open the door and see him. i would also be able to bring him a cup of tea every once in while when he's feeling sick....

I would want that door to lead to Tolkien's Middle Earth preferably Valinor. I am so fascinated with his world and thinking of Valinor makes me feel like one of those elves who always long for it. He made it sound so peaceful where you would have no cares and worries. (sigh...)

Otherwise, it could just open to Ontario, Canada so my mother-in-law could visit her son and 2 daughters and grandchildren as often as she want. (she just got her visa application denied, poor thing).
