well it took me and my partner over 3 yrs to conceive this baby that iam carrying now. i know its a long time and some people are so lucky to fall straight away. it will happen. i was told i would never have kids or fall naturally but i did, and i proved them all wrong. it just took so long and so i had to wait. i also found that if i thought about it everytime i had sex it wouldnt happen because i was trying so hard. so i stoped thinking about it and stoped trying so hard, let nature do its course and then i found out i was pregnant and i was 8 weeks already and didnt know. iam now 29 weeks pregnant and everything is fine. good luck and i hope it all goes well

do you mean that you've been trying for 3 years and have had no luck?
Do you know when you ovulate? Have you had a lap and dye done (where they look for blockages in the fallopian tubes), been checked for cysts, endo, etc?
Were you previously on birth control?
My hubby and I have been trying for 2 1/2 years since I came off of depo provera for our second child. Our first we became pregnant with almost immediately after marriage (3 months in) and we weren't trying...it's devistating having to wait years for another. So far, nothing adverse has been found for us.
good luck.

First of all, how old are you? And second of all children are more responsibility than anyone thinks. Dont have children unless you both are totally dedicated.. and also even if you are, understand that your time together is gone.. Kids will always come first and the 2 of you come second... plus these days the world is crazy so once you have kids you will start having anxiety and panic attacks worrying about everything.. so be sure.. Good luck.

Try elevating your bottom under a couple pillows for about twenty minutes after your romp in your hay. I couldn't get pregnant either until I tried this it sounds silly but it does work, also watch your diet eat healthy and try taking prenatal vitamins now.

3 years is not a long time. Just relax and don't try so hard. Sometimes things happen when one is not trying or expecting them to happen.
But keep in mind you don't only have to have biological children. Adoption is also an option.
And a fertility clinic is an option for bio children.

Have you tried "ovulation" tests to monitor "best days" for trying ?
Do you have regular sex ?
talk to your doctor for advice, as if you've been "trying" for 3 years they should offer help and advice.

If the doctors are sure you're both functional and compatible, keep trying.
