I had 2 miscarriages before and am 8 weeks pregnant. I've been prescribed Duphaston 10mg twice a day and oral aspirin 75mg a day since the time of pregnancy detected at 5 weeks. So far all results and early scans showed good signs. Just wondering if I'm jeopardising my current pregnancy with all the medications.

I am 21 weeks now and during my 14 week I began to bleed. I was put into the hospital for 8 days and they started me on three different horomones. Duphaston, Cyclogest suppositories, and Proluton Depot injections. Needless to say the bleeding stopped. I am doing fine and my twins are also doing very well. So don't worry, the doctor would not prescribe something that would harm you, but if you have questions, call the doctor up and ask! Good luck and congratulations!

I had several miscarriages before my son was born. My son is 7yrs old now. So when i had my son in my tummy, they put me on injections until i was 12 weeks.

So now, when i got preggo again after 7yrs i told my doc about the injection i had to take to keep the baby strong, she put me on Duphaston until i was 20+ weeks twice daily. And i was also put on Aspirin 100mg until i completed 34 weeks.

I just finised with Aspirin 5 days ago as i am 34 weeks and 5 days today. These medicines actually protetect the baby and keep them strong until we deliver. So id say dont worry and take it until the doc feels that you shld continue.

Good luck to you and i wish and pray everything goes well this time for you :-)

Wishes to you to have a smooth, safe and a peaceful pregnancy :-)

No intercourse, no excercise, no heavy movements in first three months of pregnancy. 4-7 month can be used but with precautions and no strong jerks. And avoid 8-9 th months again.

if your doctor prescribed them to sustain the pregnancy then I doubt it would be doing harm. They wouldn't prescribe a drug that was going to knowingly hurt a fetus.

Relax, stay calm and you'll be holding that babe before you know it!

congrats
