Of course, you could always use them both as middle names (hyphenated or not). Example:
Emily Nadia-June Parker
Try them out with the first and last names you have chosen, and see which combination sounds best.

Edit: If her first name is Julia, none of my suggestions work very well. The best options are:
Julia Jane
Julia Jade
Julia Nadine
Julia Diane (as the poster above me suggested)
The first name Julia already is almost a combination of June and Nadia. Perhaps you could choose a third relative to honor in your child's middle name.

(first name) nadia-june (last name)
its not uncommon to have two middle names or combine one of the middle names with the first name
or go with the first person who answered. thats cute:)

well there are some creative ideas here but honestly the first that came to mind was Janna...or Jana. i think its the best possible combo. i think julia janna is pretty cool. JJ for short?
