Most guestimations are from between 127-130. This is usually derived from scores from the SAT, which are correlated with certain IQ's.
Mass IQ tests are no longer given because they only test a few of the components of intelligence. There are thought to be from 6-12 different abilities that comprise intelligence. Paper IQ test generally only test visual, mathematical and language areas, leaving out memory, kinesthetic understanding, sequencing, attention to detail, creativity and many of the other components that make up intelligence.
You can be a genius in figuring out things with your hands and score as a dud on one of the paper IQ tests. That is why mass teting isn't done because of the possibilities for error.

Are you trying to get into Harvard? IQ isn't generally part of the admissions process. In fact, I imagine that many people at Harvard know what their IQs are.
You will be able to find some information about the population that gets into Harvard by reading Harvard's "Common Data Set". Universities generally publish a report every year that includes data like SAT scores of the incoming freshmen, etc. I have usually found these documents online. I would just google "harvard common data set" and see what comes up. You should expect to see a rather long pdf document. There will be a section in there that will contain information about the incoming freshmen from the year for which the Common Data Set was compiled. Have fun!
(P.S. For IQ, the mean is set at 100 and the standard deviation is 15. Just to help you keep any IQ data you have in perspective.)

To get into Harvard doesnt depend on the IQ(an average is enough), the most important is you should know how to make plans to stand you out and concentrate yourself on the studies.

Some claim it is around 130. The IQ test is discredited so that colleges can justify discrimination via Affirmative Action programs. Asians are most often the targets of "over representation" discrimination. Affirmative Action only applies if you are the right kind of minority.

Yeah, average of 50. That's why some lawyers and politicians constantly have to lie which never required much learning.
