Do you have a favorite seat at home?

I believe most everybody does. People are creatures of habit, so once they establish a seating pattern with a particular chair, they're inclined to sit in that chair almost every time they sit down in that area.

Observe for yourself. Check next time you're in a place you regularly attend that has a sizable group of people sitting together (a class, church pews, meetings, etc.). Watch how many people have "their own seats", and how confused or even upset they can get if someone else takes it.

I've taken to sitting at the dining room table and everything seems to be gravitating to that spot - started with my laptop then the printer moved over there then the mail its like the attractive forces of a black hole.

and i'm tired of the hubby moving it because he can't open the refridgerator door.

i have my favorite seat, in my favorite spot by the kitchen table, where i can just reach over...

and fill my glass with the water dispenser on the fridge.

oh yeah, its called my bed =)

i can watch tv, listen to music, eat, sleep, do work, talk on the phone, text, bond with my pet, daydream, watch movies, read, get online, watch the sunset/rise, take pictures, play video games, and of course just kick back and relax RIGHT THERE. in the same spot. thats a favorite in my book =)

I prefer my white plastic patio chair over my couches because it props up my back and helps me concentrate while playing Wii. Aside from that I like my bed. I can sit comfortably with my legs folded and draw etc.

dad bought it in christmas of 1990 for mom but somehow neither mom nor dad would feel comfortable sitting in it...so they moved it into my room...also because it used to be this really chilli red leather recliner that seemed to be bothering mom...never could understand what dad was thinking when he bought it!!!it looks old to people who sees it but to me it is the most comfortable seat in the world...for me anyways...it is my thinking chair plus de-stress zone area and even my for quick naps...

Oh honey! Nobody plays musical chair or move your feet, lose your seat with my recliner. It is my throne...lol

Yes it is a "lazy boy" recliner and I like to sit in it with my laptop and my German Shepherds by my feet!
