Do they ask for any more proof?

Is there a way for them to find out I am not over 18?

If you're in the USA, you have to submit your SSN and tax info, and they'll know from that how old you are.

Google Adsense does not ask for the Bank Account. You will have to register with your name and details and then get your BLOG/Website approved with Google Adsense.
