According to Google Adsense:
Payee must be at least 18 years of age to participate in AdSense.
I am only 15.
Now say my dad wants to sign up for me,:
Your Payee name needs to match the name on your bank account.
But the bank account is under my name.
What should I do?

If you sign up with your dad's name, then the cheques will be made out to his name, and will be paid into his bank account. Of course he can then transfer the money to you, but he will be liable for any taxes due.

It will probaly be fine. Most of the time they just want the name to match in case there is a problem.
Go ahead and sign up. It should be fine. Keep in mind you need an active website I believe for Google to accept your application.

Yes the check would come in your dads name and there wont be any account number on the Check so you can encash it with your dad.
