My current memory has a Latency of 5-5-5-12 these are in one gb sticks,is it possible to get xms2 DDR2 dual channel memory with a Latency of 4-4-4-12 and in 2GB sticks to make upto 8GB of xms2 DDR2 Memory in total and if possible where can you buy it. My Motherboard is an Asus P5N32-E SLI PLUS which supports 8GB BUT WILL VISTA ULTIMATE 64BIT SUPPORT THIS AMOUNT OF RAM?

Wow, some pointless answers there. First off, yes Vista Ultimate 64 bit will support that much, it will support up to 128GB (for the future). Corsair is not making any at 4-4-4-12 in 2GB modules, however GEIL is, it is for sale at newegg. By the way, you will not notice a huge difference, programs cannot use that much RAM yet.

Well vista uses alot of memory so im pretty sure vista cna support it. And i tihnk you need 4gb and 4gb to have 8gb im not sure.

Have you consulted your asus (good board) guide book or the vista owners manual? It would be in your Asus' owner manual.
Dont have it go to:www.asus.com punch in your board model.
