Yes. You could just use warm running water. Filling the pot with water and waiting for it to boil always took too long for me. Plus my lactation consultant told me that the boiling water can "fry" the milk around the sides of the bottle denaturing the proteins. Microwaves break down the proteins to and since you work so hard to make, pump, and store the stuff I never wanted to compromise it. :)

if you buy the breast milk storage bags you can just pump and put it in there. then when your ready to use it take a cup of water and heat it in the microwave. then take the bag and dip the whole bag in until it is about luke warm. don't heat it too much or it will burn your baby's mouth. you can check when you put it in the bottle by putting some on your wrist to see if the temperature is right.

it can be warmed in hot water (in bottle) but NEVER microwave. That kills all the "good stuff" in breast milk

I am not sure what breat milk is.

Warm it a little bit and don't rewarm it over and over again.

yes, but its best if the child gets it straight from your breast, that creates a bond between the two.
