It depends on what you plan on using them for.

If you are gaming it depends on what resolution you plan on playing at.

There is no point in buying an 8800gtx Ultra 768mb Graphics card if you are going to be playing @ 1280x1024.


Maybe you should have been a bit more specific with your question.
