I used to think so.... i have since been proved wrong..
Its so very hard to tell when some people are very good at hiding their true selves and often for many ppl it is too late when they find the real person and damage has been done!

What makes a person good : character, beliefs and principles, and of course his or her actions and deeds. Sometimes you must use your brains, other times your intuition or your heart's voice to tell a good person from a bad person, before it is too late. But sometimes you just love and forgive a bad person and in this way you might lose but at the same time you can win by treating bad people well and this is someting great, hard to understand but surely according to Jesus who taught us to turn the other cheeck and not oppose the evil by being evil. I am not sure this can be possible for us as long as we lack faith, courage and real love.

Strictly speaking, I don't think anyone is 100% good or bad. Most people can be good or bad depending on the situation.
But yes, I think I'm an ok judge of character. Sometimes I misjudge people but that's life. As far as damage being done, I don't think there's anyway to avoid it. No one is perfect and even when others aren't out to sabotage you, sometimes you end up hurting yourself.

No I can't. I have a habit of always seeing the best in people and even when proved wrong I tend to give a second and even a third chance. I have been told it is because I am a people pleaser, but I don't know it just seems to be part of my nature.

I assume everyone is a bad person right off the bat :]
You'll never be surprised! Atleast not in a bad way.

Some people are a good judge of character, some are not I have grown to be better at it. When you decide to trust someone there is always a risk.

No, if that were possible no one would ever get hurt by someone bad. Bad people are really good at hiding their true nature, they have to be.
