Tie: Disraeli and Gladstone

Just read about the reforms & policies they pushed and think how different UK and the world would be if not for them.

Churchill . Can you imagine what the world would be like if Churchill had an Elizabeth I on the throne. Or Elizabeth I had a Churchill as PM. I realize she did not have the PM position in her government

Both were great in their own ways. Churchill for his accomplishments in WW2 and thatcher for her assistance in tumbling the Soviet Union.

Firstly, I would like to point out that none of these people are English Prime Ministers, they are British Prime Ministers. Do not forget the people in Scotland, Ireland and Wales! We are still part of the union!

Secondly, I think all of them have had tough things to face up to and tough decisions to make. But Margaret Thatcher definitely does not deserve to be among the top prime ministers. I am a big feminist and I really do feel that she is an extraordinary woman for being the first female prime minister and I admire her for that, but in terms of her politics - she made life hell for a lot of Brits at that time.

Lloyd George, I believe was the greatest prime minister. He totally reformed society and was opposed to spending lots of money on arms.
