i say yes depending on the hours you plan on sleeping. You should not keep a tampon in for longer than 8 hours due to toxic shock syndrome...if u read the box it will tell u all this imformation.I only get about six hours of sleep per night. So i put mine in right before i go to bed.And if i wake up in the middle of the night i change it.Well hope this helps

I have and I do wear a tampon to bed.
I don't sleep much so I change it in the middle of the night.
If you sleep more than 6 hours at a time I would wear pads, as tampons should never be in longer than 6 hours at a time.

You can wear a tampon to bed. It's safe to wear one overnight, as long as you change it within 8 hours.

You can just make sure to change it right before bed and set an alarm in case you over sleep because you do not want to leave it there longer than 8 hours although i am sure if you accidentally did once or twice you would be fine anyway.

Yes. If you are going to wear a tampon at night, then be sure to change it every 8 hours. If your flow is heavy, then change it every 6 hours. Just set your alarm clock to get up and change it.

I do it all the time during my period and I have for MANY years. I just make sure not to leave it in for longer than 8 hours (usually I'll wake up and change it after like 5 or 6 hours when its really heavy, just so I dont leak)...but Ive never had a prob and Ive never gotten TSS.

you shouldn't have it in for more than say 6-8 hours. however, I do use it when I sleep, and sometimes it lasts for more..
so far so good.
