When we ask a question that Yahoo consider it as chatting they will soon delete it and we got violation and there is more chance to recieve violation but when somebody else ask a question that is mean and insulte other people Yahoo never delete their questions.

Yes there is. I got two violation notices because one wasn't a question and the other was chatting...
"Do you have the need?" << that's a question, a rather pointless on, but a question nonetheless
"Have you seen Bob??" << it's not chatting!! It's also kind of a stupid question, but it was mine!
I'm not very happy at the moment...

I certainly do. The entire referee system is a complete piece of sh-t. Yahoo had proposed to try to fix this by having users vote on the appropriateness of violation citations, but I have seen no evidence that anything of the sort has been done.

oh yes...I know exactly how you feel...happens to me when my questions are totally innocent & serious...I think there are some evil little critters roaming around just handing out violations all over the place for no reason at all....*sigh*

oh yes, i so totally agree. me and my unpopular opinions get a lot of violations unfortunately.

yeah..........i got a violation for mine not being a question or answer. it was a joke.....it wasnt supposed to be either of them.
it led to my suspension!!
