Very pretty name!

If you want to name your daughter after you, there are several ways to do it. There aren't really any other feminine forms of Luke or Simon, so I would suggest combining some of the letters from your first and middle name into new ones:

Luna -- means moon (Latin)
Lina -- means palm tree or tender (Arabic)
Sima -- means boundary (Sanskrit) or face (Farsi)
Mona -- means little noble one (Irish)

I really like all four of these because they have the same syllable structure as Luka but they are real, distinct names. They are also clearly recognizable as similar to Luka Simone.

The other thing you could do is give your daughter the same initials as you. Just choose any other L and S names that you like. (I especially like this method if you keep the same syllable structure and stress as Luka Simone: it makes the names obviously similar while still giving your daughter names that are distinctly her own.)

I've never met anyone named Luka, but there is an excellent song by Suzanne Vega called "Luka"

Lucia is a pretty name, there are a couple different pronunciations for it too. I like Simone a lot without any changes, its very cute.

Luka is a pretty much a guys name except I think in Scandinavia/Germany around that area, where its like shortened version of the name Lukretia. I'm actually from Serbia, so I wouldn't ever name my daughter that. I do think its cute though, just my family would have hysterics if I named a girl that :)

Luka is a beautiful name and if you ever have a baby boy you have two obvious choices; Luke and Simon!

I think Simona is a really pretty name for a girl.

Luca is also a common boys name in Italy. I have only ever heard of one female Luca, and no one that I know personally. It is the daughter of the actress Jennie Garth (Beverly Hills 90210) who named her daughter Luca Bella, which I love!
